You may not use Opine to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening or fraudulent.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data without permission.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or our policies. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Opine platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opine UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
